Lowest Cost Premium

Select the Premium Year to record the Lowest Cost Health Insurance Premium offered to Employees. This information will populate information for form 1095-C line 15.

Access
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Payroll > Menu Security > Affordable Care Act > Lowest Cost Premium.

 

Enter the Employee Share of the Lowest Cost Premium offered to Employees. Select Use Individual Rates to set the amounts entered as a default value for Employees.

Enter the Lowest Cost Premium offered to the Employee for each month. Enter the Lowest Cost Premium for COBRA offered to terminated Employees for each month.
